The Delaware Avenue Community Association is a non-profit, non-partisan civic group that solicits membership in the area of Wilmington, Delaware, bordered by Pennsylvania Avenue, Brandywine Creek, North Adams Street and the railroad tracks. We are the residential community organization for the neighborhood of Trolley Square. We provide a united voice for residents to the city and other government bodies, monitor conditions in the neighborhood, foster neighborliness and keep residents informed of proposed zoning changes, area improvements, new businesses and other local news. We also sponsor special events such as neighborhood clean-ups and community yard sales.

Join us at our next meeting!

Our five yearly meetings are on the third Tuesday in September, November, January, March and May at 7 p.m. at the Delaware Center for Horticulture, 1810 N. Dupont St. Everyone who lives or works in the neighborhood is welcome and encouraged to attend. The meetings are an opportunity for residents to voice concerns, learn about their community and hear speakers that often include local government officials, neighborhood business owners and others.
